Went into this planning 7 but it just deteriorated at about 2 miles in. Started with my watch but forgot to restart it after a stop so no time, probably around 7:10 i'm guessing. it was hot, really sunny, and i just felt like crap. also i think i was subconsciously really dreading work so that could've had an effect. a little short this week but with the way my schedule was jolted i can live with it. can't make it a habit though.
