Comments:
absolutely gross outside. felt terrible. Low 80's and 80% humidity. planning on racing tonight, but i'll probably just go out and have fun...run at or just under 6 min. pace and try to get in 8 miles in total or so. that is assuming it doesn't rain again. if it rains all afternoon like it might then 4 more on the treadmill later and I'll do something long tomorrow morning.
