Also was going about 5-10 meters farther than last week so about 1-1.5 seconds longer, making this much faster than ever before. I think my last one was the fastest I have ever run them. Even my recovery going down the hill was pretty quick. Ran surprisingly fast, thought it was going to be slower, especially considering I did almost 15 miles yesterday.
