felt alright during the run but was dropped yet again by my group. caught back up though to finish 1-2 seconds back. How can I expect to race with them when I can't train with them.
Brighter notes
1) 34:29 6 mile is 3 seconds faster than my 6.25 mile / 10K pr (34:32).
2) 1:38 faster than last week
3) 14 seconds faster than 7/23 6-mile tempo.
