Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Starting from the track, on the course backwards until I got to the road, then a Blockbuster loop followed by the rest of the course.
Felt pretty good, but it was pretty hot. Was totally drenched after. 5 strides on the track after with same distance recovery. felt pretty good overall, glad i did half on the grass. knee kinda hurt today.
