Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
a smidge under 20 for the week. I had a wear pulling feeling in my knee today. So I cut it maybe half a mile short if all. I did a lot of quad exercising afterwards. I still want to aim for 25 or so next week, but I am going to extend the amount of days i will do it in to 6 or 7 in order to keep any risk of further knee injury down.
