team got together for this workout. we did a warmup, stretched and speed d. i tried to stay with tim during the workout, and we were the only ones who did all 12. i had a back cramp and was tired from the 3 hours of sleep last night. the workout lasted about 2 and a half hour total. no cooldown unfortunately
