Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Legs felt great during my first leg. Finally an easier run, mostly down hill, and on some quick concrete. Developed a side cramp on the end of the leg, which didn't go away on my second run. I didn't have time to warm-up for my second run either or hydrate, so I was hating life. My beginnning splits were 6:30s but managed to pull the pace under 6 for the last 2. Side cramp felt like someone was stabbing me the entire time, but still managed a good run.
