Ugh painful... Plan was to see how long I could stick to andrew. However his plan was to flat out hammer the first 800 and mile and chill from there. what a douche. So splits were 66 400, 2:22 800, 5:07 mile. Was already feeling heavy after the 800, so flat out died. Probably could have pushed second mile a little harder, but by third mile I was in pretty bad shape. Roni caught me at the field last time around and we kind of just chilled to the finish. Good learning experience, plenty of time until counties and states and this was a good time to try something like this
