Comments:
So I took a couple weeks off and my shin's feeling considerably better. Just gonna start back up and try to hit 10 miles this week.
2 miles + 30 minute elliptical today, a little sore during the second mile, no pain really, I need to just continue to monitor it and not over-do anything.
Still want to get an MRI and definitely get my orthodics repaired/replaced.
