I dedicated the run to the convention of toads outside my house
Bayou trail: out to under Westpark Tollway and back
1 min on: 1 min off, learned that you have to hit the stop button twice if the timer is beeping, not the greatest fartlek, but I gave myself considering yesterday's awesome long run
