Pretty consistent swim. Not too busy. Felt sore in right leg during most of it. Not a great feeling. Still skeptical, because I an definitely not healed. my leg still feels bad from time to time. I really hope running will reboot my system and put me back into the swing of things.
Im feeling a bit down today because I watched the HS team do their time trial on my walk back to the parking lot. I realized that I forgot what running really is, and I cant really remember why I want to come back... Very odd feeling.
