Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Sway 100 lengths today which was interesting. I think the farthest i have swam before was probably in the range of 60. It was really tough and the last 20 or so i was falling apart. It didnt feel that difficult but i still felt like i was just flopping in the water. Feel pretty good now. Hopefully some sit ups push ups and pull ups tonight.
