went out this morning trying to just get some easyish miles in, and it turned out to be shorter than i rly wanted, but i guess thats ok. coulda went longer but time and stuff constrained me a bit. not starting the week off in great fashion but i guess ill figure it out and be ok eventually. pace kinda sucks tho...
