Comments:
Dropped Noah off at school and managed to get a .5 mile warm up, then did 6 miles alternate on Bayshore. The first mile was slightly rough but then got going. (5:23,6:24,5:55,5:08,6:16,5:41), then 1.5 miles cool down.
