1800, 1600, 1400, 800
The 1600 was tough!  Near the end of the 1400 I was trying to not think about the last 800 but I did hold myself back from speeding up.  During the last 800 my legs were very tired - I don't think my pace was much faster than A1 pace.  It wasn't a bad kind of tired - it was my legs saying, "this is how fast we want to go right now."  I wished I could have pushed more but afterwards for the cooldown I had major stomach cramps from eating at 1:00.  I think the eating affected my last 800 interval.
20 minute cooldown?
ABS - Pam's!  Couldn't do all the planks.  10 pushups and ice bath
