Biked inside on the bike. Watched big ten women's track. Pretty uneventful. 15 minutes at resistance 8, 10 minutes at 9, 5 minutes at 10. Lifted for 30 minutes, 10 minutes of abs, and 10 minutes of stretching. Calf tight from yesterday, but it loosened up. Ending heart rate was 142.
