Exercise Type: Run

As the Running-Log creepers may have noticed, I've only been putting in mileage and times recently. This can be attributed to my general laziness and just not feeling like it. Well, I decided today to go back and fill in the days I missed with what I could remember, so if you're really that bored/care that much you can go check those out.
I intended to do the same type of thing I did last week for my long run, meaning run to Grant to run with Katie and then run home. I found out just before I left that she would not be there, so I grabbed my iPod and went to Grant, around to Inidan Mound, up the normal way to Bexley, but I turned right on Chateau instead of left, came back Virginia and then added half a mile on the track before heading back home. My legs were sore, especially my shins, and they were tired at the end, but this was a pretty good run I think.
