Comments:
R Calf hurt like a mofo for 3 mins. Burning sensation. Once it warmed up I didn't feel it again. Kept the pace easy, or so I thought, until i split a 6:12 on W River road. I was seriously making a very conscious effort to keep my pace slow today and to keep my breathing very, very relaxed. Whatever. It felt effortless.
Went to PT this morning. Right calf is more flexible than my left, but my right is having more problems. Sarah did graston on me and then iced and did some other weird thing that I don't remember. Basically I'm paying $15 for graston technique, and I'm fine with that.
