I tried to run today, but my foot just hurt too much. I'm sure it would have warmed up eventually, but the first couple of miles would have been at a heavy limp. It really pisses me off too because despite everything I was having a pretty good week of training and now my milage for the week is going to be really low. Still, it was a very hard workout because I am not used to biking.
