ran with the guys and lavallee today, did 2 miles on the track of first lap 90 seconds, second lap 85, third 80, and 4th tryin to go under 80. got pretty close to the times or a little under and on the 4th laps first one was 77 and the other 78. little better than killian but at least he was here today. did 4 hills in between the miles, and took the longish way there and back from mount (bike path). thought i was gonna die from diarrihea (spelling?) and its continued a little into today. not a good sign for me, hopefully this madness goes away. lavallee gave me a list of stuff to do while im away on vacations and stuff, im pumped. gotta execute tho!
