A1ish workout

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Perfect: low humidity mid to upper 70's with a breeze

Comments:
2x10 minutes on fields, and then 3k on the track with 30-35 seconds rest. Map my run is so detailed i could actually map out where i ran the first two intervals. 6:10 pace the first one, 5:50 the second one (both pretty much on the nose). Felt awesome. So relaxed the whole workout and ran 10:25 for the 3k on the track. Legs started to tire a bit at the end but aerobically felt fine and at the end of 8k(ish) worth of tempo I'd say my legs felt pretty damn good. Really happy with this as my first workout in a few weeks.
