Comments:
Legs felt beat up but I still felt alright for the workout. I was right on pace through half of it and then ran a bit under for the second half. Foot hurt a bit after, I think it usually hurts a bit more after doing A3's. 2:40 - 6:18 - 2:42 - 5:55 - 2:30.
