Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
800, 1800, 800, 1800, 800. Splits were 2:33, 5:55, 2:34, 6:00, and 2:31. Hadn't run for 4 days, and this affected me, I think. Didn't feel like a runner. Felt a little nauseous and light-headed afterward. Calf/achilles felt okay, a little sore to the touch and tight.
