well earlier i did my 8 mile run to spencer crest, then went on a bike ride, swam a lot, then went to soccer camp where i got a lot of exercise, and directly after that i went to community park where i ran with the guys for one loop, then stretched and did an easy loop, then i stretched again and then tried to do a loop backwards barefoot, but i lost my way and then ran with lani and mia for a little bit, so im not exactly sure the mileage on the last loop but i was going faster that 8 min pace so i can guestimate. after the run, i did 100 pushups and 6 striders, then 100 situps when i got home, along with about 25 pull-ups throughout the day that i have been doing in sets of five. im happy to be able to push myself again. it felt good today
