So I was really nervous about yesterday's run. THinking about it afterwards even though I did run fast how bad I felt for most of it really scared me. I guess I'm hypersensetive because this is probably the hardest I've ever trained base wise. As usualy when I freak out the next run makes me feel better. Felt good today ran fairly easy back to about where my 9 milers were a couple weeks ago. This has temporarly settled my fears that I'm suddenly going to fall over and not be able to finish the season this year. Its kinda an up and down thing cuz sometimes I'm convinced that this year is going to be awsome and other times like yesterday I convinced things are going to suck. I'm thinking about taking an easier long run on Saturday like shooting to be around 2 hours for the distance. We'll see how I'm feeling in the next couple days.
