Comments:
Again used the treadmill @ LTF. Tried to do the strider workout as last Tuesday, but started quicker, which made me more tired quicker--went throught the first round (2, 3, 4), but after the 8 min AR, did the second 4-min and started cooling down afterward. Did 5.2 in 38 minutes, though.
