Comments:
Ran in new shoes and felt fantastic. There was a little bit of pain in my shin when I started warming up, but I didn't feel anything during the workout. When I was cooling down, I could really tell how much control the shoes gave me. The cushioning really helps. I've never run in a pair of shoes that felt this good. Plus I just felt great during the workout. It's either because I had an easier week of biking or it's because the iron supplements are kicking in. I'm really excited now about the rest of the season.
