Felt a different type of soreness today. I would say it was better due to the heightened sense of equilibrium in my legs. that is what I am looking for. Stretch and roll and ice broke up by shabbat after. finished it all up though. Did hip strengthening too. It would definitely be good to start doing it during the day also.

A little anxious on the news about tryouts. I feel bad because it is going to be difficult to prove that I have something the bring this season... I need all this time that I dont want to give up. I realize that trying to get back too fast will be terrible. I really need to do track.
