Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
ran with the high school guys and they were doing mile repeats today so i decided to pace two of the guys, as it wouldnt be that bad. ran with aaron white, and chase was supposed to be with us but her had a not so good workout. there time was set at 5:23-5:27 but it was questionable whether they or anyone would hit their times because it was their first real hard workout and it was hot.

i could have went faster but i was running them with aaron so i just tried to keep him motivated, to not give up which he may have if i wasnt there since chase fell off the face of the earth. no one else was near us either.
2 miles warm up and cool down. felt pretty good.
