still having knee pain, so i went to the Y instead of running

5 min warm up, 5x1min on 1min off, 5 min cooldown. just wanted to get my legs some work and then did some weight stuff. leg extensions really helped my knee. i'll run tomorrow and if it's still bothering me again monday i'll do this again.
