fit in a bike after going to the yacht club. didnt really feel all that sore at all. id say thats a good sign. nice stretch, roll, and hip strengthen after. havnt really gotten around to the lower leg lifting yet. I still dont think it is time to start. maybe after i can do 3 miles comfortably. terrible pandora list too. got to listen to moment of truth at the end. pretty much sums up the whole ordeal.
