4 mile repeats at:
5:51, 5:45, 5:59, 5:49.
The last one I decided to shoot for time and not die. I helped Andrea finish, but ended up wretching and almost puking the last 50 meters. After that I tried to do one more with Kristin, but my legs completely died. Honestly, I don't think I did too bad after being out for 2 weeks, and feel good about the work out.
