A Little Better

Comments:
I felt a little better today overall, but my leg felt a little worse. Rolled and stretched it well today.

Left the watch at home, and I didn't have a route in mind beforehand, so I just kind of ran, yet again not as far as I wanted to. Going to try a long(ish) run tomorrow, so we'll see how that goes.
