Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
started at outdoor track, down to statler, up tower rd, 366 to water tower and back to the track. Ran with the slow group. Feeling fine while running, but a little sore after. Stratching and rolling was really good. I would like to be able to do over 30 min comfortably before i start running 6 days a week. Maybe i can start doing 4 or 5 days a week.
Ibis 40 and buddies alone. Wasnt too into the abs...
