Comments:
20+ minute warm-up, 5.2 mile Penn State race @ 5:28 pace on a tough course. Overall 60th, 8th on the team. Felt really good besides miles 3-4, like last rest. Need to gain that staying power! 1st mile very fast/downhill had to split 5:00 just to be in it. 20 minute cool down.
