Comments:
20 minute w/u. Notre Dame 2 in the airport. 4:47, 16:30, 5:15, 2:26. Completely different routes then last time and some crazy turns, so no real way to compare to last workout's times. Held a similar position with the team though, so I guess in relation to the other guys I was holding my own. 3 mile cool-down.
