Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Morning run and cross train. Ran out up North park to coventry and back. All alone because I got dropped by the pack. Felt fine while I was running really nice out also. Got back and stretched pretty well and then rolled and got in a nice ice. Meeting later and swimming in the afternoon. I need to bring my band to and from practice to add in the clam shells. I should also find some other hip strengthening exercises.
