Comments:
Had a strength test, which was more like a weakness test for me. Everything they had me doing was everything I suck at. Its a good thing we aren't a flexibility and balancing team. Either way, its something that I need to address.
Now that I'll be working out at Veale with the team, it will be much easier to stretch and do mobility stuff. I'll have to work hard so I don't keep getting shit about my imbalances and lack of flexibility and stay healthy.
Speaking of shit, team POOP is going to rock the intersquad tomorrow.
