so I ran for 45 minutes right? funny thing is, I didn't feel warmed up/good/like running was fun until um...40 minutes. I think because it was really cold and I was on a road with some hills (what else is new) and it was early in the morning and i just wasn't feeling it. Butttt, I was a hero and pushed through the pain and even made myself do four or five hundred-meter(ish) striders in the middle of my run! yay for toughness :)
