6 mi tempo @ 5:40-5:50 pace, with the first group, lead the pace for the first two miles, felt pretty good and appreciated no bathroom issues, Wyatt was not as fortunate so we lost him on the way back, stuck back with Bobby and finished well and on pace, we thought that the rest of the group was too aggressive on the way back, splits: 5:50, 5:44, 5:42, 5:48, 5:41, 5:47, pleased that our group stuck together for the most part and kept on pace

Jog to the track, slightly different route than normal but not my call

3*300 m accelerative striders, apparently I don't lean back anymore which is good news after 4 years of bad form
