Comments:
Started out with everyone. They went to the meadow for a hill workout, I headed down murray hill to mayfield. Into the graveyard for a bit, then over to overlook and down edgehill. Murray hill on back to adelbert and campus for a bit. Felt fine was a little bit faster than usual i think. Really I can say that i wasnt too sore afterward. Went straight down the the training room to get in my hip strengthening. then stretched rolled and iced. Abs and some ring pull ups with Bobby, whih really made my shoulder sore
