Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Hot out. Right after classes. Went with a big group after looking at the final roster. Ran a lot slower than everyone. Rushed when I got back because I wanted to get out in time to make it to Hillel (ended up not working out...) Hip strengthening, stretch roll and ice. Do abs later at night. Had our team meeting after. Really got some things to think about. I am officially track development now, so I am looking toward outdoor conference.

Felt especially weak today. Run tomorrow at the farm, wrapping up my toughest week yet.
