Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Basically the same run as last week, except with no race situation. Just ran by myself during the teams workout. Hip felt sore, knee was fine though. After got in a bit of hip strengthening, but then I jumped in the van with coach to watch the workout. Got all my stretching done afterward. Still felt sore and weak... Going to create a specific program with Rubin and Lanese to get stronger.
