Feeling really sore this morning. Might be from the back to back running. Ill talk about it in my meeting with coach. Just did lap swim felt pretty strong. Gave me time to think about all the crap thats going on right now... No hip strengthening after just to give it a little rest. Blaire was swimming too :) Stretch, roll and abs after at veale, and then i iced when i got home.
