ran on my own before goin to the cape today, thought it was a little farther but oh well, i guess i was goin slow. a very good run in my opinion, hard hills and mixed terrian, felt challenged but not too much. maybe the 2 weeks of 7 days straight of running is getting to me. takin tomorrow off tho so hopefully that helps. stretch boy! rounded up from 6.3 to 6.5
