woods stuff today, a few medium/long loops for me and some of the faster group, but with all the construction in the woods the loops are different than they used to be. lotsa hills in some of them, really tiring to the legs. also a ton of pushups and stuff afterwards on the upper field. arms and abs gonna get jacked! totally guessed mileage, gave myself the benefit of the doubt and rounded up
