Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran by myself basically. Came up late from the trainers room. Got a heel cup for my right because it is extra support, and my right leg might be a bit shorter. Run went fine actually. Surprising because I was very sore yesterday. Got back, went straight down the hip strengthen. Might be revising these protocols soon. Came up, stretch, roll, ice. Did some dip under the hurdles, but they didnt feel all that right. Pool workout tomorrow.
