Comments:
6 mile tempo on MLK...real hot out, but it still turned out to be a good tempo. We stayed consistent with our miles which was good, and we also had a good group that finished together. Good workout.

Then to the track for 3 x 300.

Then a one mile cool-down.

Then, lifting, stretching, abs and rolling. Ice bath tomorrow!
