Comments:
PT before.
Warmed up to MLK, 3 mile tempo with Grogan and Steel, shooting for 6:00 pace but ended up faster. HR was 188, bit higher than I would like. Still felt pretty good though, 2 mile CD to the track and then straight back to Veale. Circuit after followed by ice bath.
